Refund policy

Because The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club is a monthly subscription service that includes specially prepared printed materials, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a monthly package has been prepared for shipment. We do not accept returns of mailed subscription materials.

If your package arrives damaged, materially incomplete, or you receive the wrong subscription materials, please contact us at hello@reelbeautifulandweirdfilmclub.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order information and, when applicable, photographs of the damaged or incorrect materials. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may provide a replacement, replacement materials, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

If a package is lost or appears not to have been delivered, please contact us so that we can help investigate the shipment. Because shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service, delivery times and circumstances outside our control may affect receipt. Where a shipment qualifies for a USPS claim, we may pursue the claim in accordance with applicable USPS procedures.

Subscription cancellations do not automatically result in a refund for a package that has already been processed or shipped. If you cancel before the next billing or fulfillment cycle, your cancellation will apply to future shipments, subject to the cancellation terms stated in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
