Cancellation policy

The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club offers both recurring monthly subscriptions and, when available, one-time purchases of individual or past monthly Film Club packages and merchandise.

Monthly Subscription

When you purchase a monthly subscription, you authorize The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription price on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation method provided through our website or by contacting us at hello@reelbeautifulandweirdfilmclub.com. Your cancellation will stop future recurring charges after the cancellation has been processed.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel or refund a monthly package that has already been billed, prepared, or shipped. If your current month's package has already entered processing or fulfillment, that package will remain part of your order. Future monthly shipments will not be billed after your cancellation takes effect.

One-Time Purchases

From time to time, The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club may offer individual monthly packages or other Film Club materials for one-time purchase. One-time purchases are not recurring subscriptions and will not result in future automatic charges.

Because our printed materials are produced and prepared for individual orders, one-time purchases generally cannot be canceled once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@reelbeautifulandweirdfilmclub.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before processing begins.

Purchase Changes and Refunds

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be canceled or modified. Refunds for canceled orders, damaged materials, incorrect items, or other qualifying circumstances are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you believe you were charged in error or have a question about a purchase, please contact us at hello@reelbeautifulandweirdfilmclub.com and include your order information so that we can review the issue.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable purchase option, price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms before placing your order.
