These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase or subscription to products and services offered through the website. Subscriptions and Billing

The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club offers recurring monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription price on a recurring basis until you cancel.

The current subscription price, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Subscription prices and offerings may change from time to time. Any material changes to the price or terms of a recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation method made available through our website or by contacting us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a subscription package that has already been processed or shipped. Products and Monthly Content

Each monthly Film Club package contains curated printed film-related materials. The specific films, written content, artwork, paper stock, colors, stickers, and other materials included in a package may vary from month to month.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the contents, design, or materials of a monthly package when necessary, including because of printing, production, availability, or other circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery

Subscription packages are mailed through the United States Postal Service to the mailing address provided by the subscriber. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for promptly updating your address when it changes.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times and delays may be outside our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Intellectual Property

The Reel Beautiful & Weird Film Club name, logo, original artwork, written materials, editorial content, website content, graphics, designs, and other original materials created for the Film Club are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our original materials without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

References to films, filmmakers, studios, distributors, actors, characters, or other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners. The Film Club is an independent film club and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party film studio, distributor, filmmaker, or rights holder unless expressly stated.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with the operation or security of the website, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts, or to reproduce or exploit website content without permission.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website or our services at any time.
